Audi, you can buy a self-tapping saddle valve for a couple bucks at HD or Lowes.  It simply screws onto a copper pipe and then you twist in the valve part and you now have a water source.  The fitting on your RO/DI unit simply screws onto the valve.

Slap on one of RichT’s Reef Gadgets on your Magfloat, and there is nothing better. I believe you can now purchase Reef Gadgets at some local LFS…don’t quote me, but I think AO and TB Aquatics now carry this cleaning wonders. FYI, I use Magfloats on my tanks.
