Folks, if you've recently upgraded or renewed your annual club membership but it's still not active, please reach out to the BOD or a moderator. The PayPal system has a slight bug which it doesn't allow it to activate the account on it's own.
It's more for color and to fill in shadows. the added par and spectrum from the t5s also benfits the health of the corals but depending on how much you will b supplementing the LEDs with, it really shouldn't make a difference that much.
+1 I couldn't have said this better!
Also, this is often missed too but make sure you buy an appropriate power supply for your build! Don't cheap out in this either, I know you will see PS for cheap that say they can handle a certain wattage but dont be fooled! Don't want to invest all that...
I have a very small frag of a green cap I can give you when I head down, I'll try to get a photo of it when I get a chance. It isnt very big, kinda broke off when I was moving things in my tank but it will grow! I have a purple cap too but it lost its color back when I had a mini cycle I am...

LOL.. when I bought the 90, I said I will never need a bigger tank. As time passes by though, the 90 looks smaller and smaller. haha
*(wishes I had Feng's display tank)*
