pgordemer is right, if your tank is only a few weeks old its most likely still cycling and it will go away, but in the future as a preventative measure you can dose algaefix once a week to help keep the algae under control. good luck with the new tank.
I would keep up on the water changes and that will help get the phosphates down, and the phosban will also slowly help it get lower and once its at 0, it will become a preventative measure. I have mine in the phosban reactor and usually leave it in for a few months until i change it.
