Wish I could help you. But until recently was not bale to keep any SPS even caps. I have been in this hobby since 2005 and 5 years ago I started being able to keep some SPS. Good luck. I have no clue what I did wrong or right.

Macro can look nice in a tank. My tangs would eat all of it though so it only looks nice for about a week.

I turn mine sideways or upside down and small fish or snails get in to eat the algae there.

From the pics they look the same. can be a few reasons why they didn't bubble from poor water quality to, insufficient lighting to not enough food. They will elongate if hungry or reaching for light causing the bubbles to go away.

I have read long term peroxide dosing is not good. Many opinions on this and what is meant by long term. Since my LPS seem to have a poor reaction and did not see webs decided to stop.

I did 1ml per 10g. So 8ml 4 times in 2 weeks.

They sure are. Won so many over the years even my kids that we had to stop playing that game.

UPDATE: I stopped dosing peroxide last week and so far don't see vermatid webs. I'm sure there are some but much improvement. Did a total of 4 doses in 2 weeks which was done 3 to 4 days a part. Downside is I believe my Bubble coral didn't like the peroxide because the Pearl one has closed up...

I would feel more comfortable with a piece if wood. This is what I did.

Looks like popeye. Can be from being attacked or other underlying reasons. You can watch it to see if it progresses or gets worse. You can treat with Metafix Or Primafix if needed. NOTE: I have Imaginarium bacterial fungal medicine if you need it.

You guys are making me nervous. I sue IO Reef Crystals all the time. However, few months ago when I picked the clownfish pair the guy gave me an open bucket of TM Pro Reef Sea Salt. I still have one and half bags of IO before I use the TM salt.

Love my fanged canary blenny. Always out and eating. The other fish leave it alone.
