Did you test your RODI water? My nitrates were high and thought same thing so tested RODI and it they were zero. So I knew problem was elsewhere.

Clip on light from Homedepot will work in a pinch. I don't have a sump so no spare lights for it.

Mike was kind enough to give me Acan light fixtures. Last week I managed to get both lights set up the same except for one thing. I cannot get to the setting to enable the moon lights. I tried factory reset, no good; tried unplugging for 12-24 hours and still no good. Anyone know how I can get...

Nitrates are down to 40, getting there. Alk is 8 or 9 Calcium is at 360. Cannot get my cloves or palys to open. Hammer frag fell behind rock but git it out and lost 2 of 3 heads. I saw one tip but retreated and have not seen it come back yet.

I have the Ice Cap ATO and every time I fill the reservoir the alarm goes off because it over fills the return chamber a small amount. I end up taking to large cups of water out from the return chamber and then it stops. Real PITA.

Just curious what happened to the monthly Zoom meetings? All agreed to stop POTM to fund the Zoom and have not seen a meeting since Aug.

I went dark for 7 days. Used black poster board from dollar store and taped all around the tank. Covered with a dark sheet/blanket. Lot some coral that were going out anyway and one fish. Huge water change afterwards. God luck but don't give up; I know the feeling.

Agree, been there a few times before. Which is why I have not spent any $$$ on coral or fish there in 2 years. Just RODI water during the winter but might be worth the trip to AO once a month.

Either way I am taking as she is planning to toss it.
