    Thinking about replacing my Neptune AFS auto feeder with the Avast plank feeder. Anyone have one here? Pros /cons. I like the idea of feeding Reef Roids with freeze dried instead of pellets.

    I have an aquamaxx 1.5 that I no longer use. The body of the unit has a crack but it’s superficial and does not leak. Unit works fine I no longer need on my smaller tank. Let me know if your interested.

    Mwil79 thanks the heads up. I actually found out through some research. These are known as oyster drill snails and are native to NJ. Known to hang out on piling sand eat barnacles and bivalves. A predatory snail that I will now pull out

    Woohoo I took my crab out of my AIO to see what he will do with the algae from my reef. I no put some algae in a bucket with the crab and he is munching on the algae in the bucket so i think he will be going into the 120 to help out.
