    Does anyone think it'd be easier just to use flex line to connect the manifold to the return pipe? Instead of having all those angles and what not? Also, the return line pipe I have that's going across the top of the tank with locline, best way to support that? Could I just use the metal...

    Where did all this talk about metal check valves come into play? I don't even have any of them nor was I planning on using them Lol That tank that's up a few posts isn't mine guys, that's FishBrains tank lol

    any advice on making this sturdier? I have metal straps holding it to the frame of the stand but its still a little floppy. I understand when I attach all the plumbing it'll make it sturdier but will that be enough?

    Sump is 40g breeder. Mag 18 is my return and yes the 2nd chamber is my fuge.
