I would only hand tighten the fittings on to the pump,otherwise you may crack the pump housing. Did you use teflon tape on the threads? If not I would try that, I wrapped up the threads on my pumps pretty well.

Mike I had the same problem with my old point and shoot at first. There should be a white balance setting in there somewhere. Try setting it for Fluorescent lighting.

If I'm understanding you correctly...You can use masking tape to tape off @ 1.5" and then paint a black band around the top of the tank. It may take a couple of coats, I've used black rustoleum paint (not the spray) to paint the back of my 90g because I could use spray paint as it was already...

Update. Tank looks great, surviving fish are: 2 clowns, clown goby, eyelash blenny. All Inverts and corals are fine. RBTA looks a little weird, but I did move a rock near it and may stressed it out when I was getting the dead fish out. I bought a multi meter, stuck the black probe on my MH...

I ran the graphs on the Aqua Controller. Temp has been constant. The Aqua Controller doesn't control my return pump or my Tunzes. So circulation couldn't have been the problem. I'm still walking around the tank, trying to see what could have fell in the tank. I still come up with nothing...  :(

Kath- I didn't "examine" them in the sense of performing an autopsy. I looked for spots, cloudy eyes and such. Never did I think of looking in the gills. Wish I would have thought of that yesterday!

I do have a ground probe running on the tank, and as stated earlier I have all GFI outlets (3 of them all seperate 20amp circuits). I was trying to see if something happened through my ACjr. If there was a power surge, usually something in the house would be flashing, or I would need to reset...
