Mercelo,
With a beckett driven skimmer you need to have a lot of pressure for them to work at thier best. I have 1500 gph going into my MR-2, that's with a pressure rated pump. I'm not sure how the reric. models work since you need 2 pumps.
I've been afraid to mess with the white balance... I figured that it's one more adjustment to mess up!
Maybe I will give it a shot now... Making presets for different situations is a great idea...Guess I will have to break out the manual and get myself more confused!
It's Plainfield (proper) that is not that great of an area...But that also depends on the section. There is an area of Plainfield (Sleepy Hollow) that has quite a few million + dollar homes. Same with North Plainfield...it has it's areas but generally it's a nice town. South Plainfield borders...
You're moving to my area! My brother in-law is a realtor in South Plainfield as well... He could probably give you all the information that you want.
Let me know if you want his number or e-mail address....I'm not sure if he does rentals...but i'm sure he could answer some questions for you.
Speaking of saving money...
If you hook it up to your computer you may need one of these:

Other wise when you hook up your ACJr to your 'puter, it might show a PH spike. I didn't...
You can make your own serial cable for long runs...I had to get a USB converter because I hook mine up to my laptop, so that gave me an extension, but I only have a 10' run from ACjr to the laptop. (just make sure you get the serial connector upgrade!)
The PH probe is an option, it comes with a temp probe.
I don't know about the 2 solenoids, only because I am not familiar with them. But I would think you could hook those up.
You can set fans to come on or off at certain temps, lights to go off if temp gets too high, set the return pump to...
I think I figured it out.... BUT
The pump put too much load on the DC-8 I guess. My lights were coming on at all weird times, or weren't turning on at all. So I pulled the pump off of it and everything is fine. It kind of worked out, because I hooked up my ATO to it instead. Guess I need a DC4...
Fragging leathers is a piece of cake. All you need is a scissor! Just cut off a piece. Then you can attach it to a piece of rock with some tool (lace) or even stick a tooth pick right through it into a piece of rock and let it attach that way.. I've done both with good results.
