I stand corrected.
The Hydor Koralia SmartWave Circulation Pump Timer description says:
The Smart Wave works with Koralia Nano, Evolution and Magnum as well as other powerheads on the market compatible with ON/OFF programs.
It just seems that they are not mentioning (advertising) the...
I don’t see in that link were it states that the Magnum’s are controllable.
Also, if you go to the Hydor site, it clearly states Evolution pumps are “controllable,” while that language in not in the Magnum section.
I vote NO.
Brandon, I like it! These guys will never cease to amaze me. Just think about how this works
Your pump is turned off
Water starts flowing back into the sump
No more water is going into the overflow box so the pipes going to the sump are air-filled
The siphon break “breather tube” is in that...
I think I know the look you’re going for……something not too pretentious…..but something that subtly says, “Here I am.” Something like this
And you don’t want 24K gold….too soft, won’t last.
And my recommendation for a Jeweler is Ford’s Jewelers……it’s where my wife spends all my...
Spinal tap…….not fun….but I was in such pain from meningitis and I think they had given me a local before tapping the spine. ……I was sort of out of it.
Best of luck! I hope the magic juice helps with your pain. Look at it this way - it’s got to be better than the surgery.
You can find them at any plumbing supply house. I use East Brunswick Supply on Route 18, East Brunswick, and South Amboy Plumbing Supply in South Amboy. I’m sure there are plumbing supply houses in Edison or close by. But for gate valves, be ready to pay 30+ dollars a piece at these...
Thank you Anthony……I would have made Brandon do some of the drilling :)…..gotta learn sometime!
Now with those Glass-Holes returns, how are you going to do a siphon break? Or do you have the space in the sump to hold all that volume?
Here’s your answer:
"It's very common, in the beginning, that once it starts to change into the adult colors, for it to change back into the Juv colors, specially if there is an aggressive fish in the tank. Eventually this will stop and will go on to complete the full adult colors."
From HERE
Juvenile OST’s are yellow. Your guy is still too young. He was probably thinking about it when you picked him up, but jumped back into his yellow color in your tank. They have the ability to color change.
How big is your guy….my understanding is that they turn to adult colors somewhere in...
Wow! That’s a ton a light for a 45 cube.
We are not talking a fixture with separate T5 and MH….if I’m not mistake, the Cebu Sun has both lights within the fixture. So not sure how you would eliminate the T5s and mix MH with LEDs???
And, if I am wrong, and they are separate fixtures...
I know of Eric’s story.
I did not see or read the SI article.
Your letter gets its point across.
The one edit I would do to your letter is to remove the “Rutgers University Senior.” My feeling is that the letter has more of a punch if you’re just “Joe Blow SI subscriber.” No disrespect...
Whoa, I think I mis-interpreted this statement. I first took this as, “Well we know he is the new owner of Elos,” when I just realized it could also be interpreted as “Well we know he is a joke too.”
Let’s look at the potential language lineage:
Rafal (Polish/Russian) ----> Raphael (American) ----> Ralph (American short form)
Bob, do we know for certain that Ralph is Rafal of NJRC fame? If so, I wish him the best of luck.
Don’t quote me on this because my knowledge is a couple years old (well maybe more than a couple)……not all fans are designed to lay flat (horizontal). Fans with bushing (most “low-end” fans....most fans) should only be mounted vertically. Mounting horizontally with cause premature failure...
