For this size tank I feel you're missing a center piece fish. I would suggest something a little bit more expensive, a black tang or a regal angelfish. CBB's are still an option. My two specimen never touched any corals. Anyway that's what I would do if I setup a larger tank again.

Juan, when my stuff was doing well I had close to zero for both nitrate and phosphate. And the short cake was baking under 500 par. The phosphate always got used up first so I see zero nitrate I dose some. I see everything zero I stop dosing for a day. I also skimmed hard.
