i think you are better off just buying your own tank. everything that you said was included i think would be pretty useless i'd go for a used 40 breeder. go out and price everything out. tank, heater, hang-on fuge, light fixture (i'd go used for the first time) just so you know how it feels...

i believe most people like slower flow rate through their sump. which is about 5-10x water volume i personally use mine to have a higher volume of water since my display is only a 29gal, don't like power heads in the display so use it for water flow in DT, and moving all equipment out of sight...
