    Test your water to see what's what....plain carbon should clear up the water (instead of using the good stuff) I have some if you need it

    i love my kessil, and wouldn't replace it for anything else....for me, the only con is the gooseneck, it doesn't allow for clean wire management. you'd have to zip tie (or something) the wires to the goose neck

    OK cool, thank you all who responded. I don't have a clam but I do have mysis so I'll try that. I also have some dulse (sea veggie <--kelp) which I'll try to feed him as well Crossing my fingers (I don't take the loss of an animal well)
