Rembering back I remeber you posting your paramenters and the nitrates were very high. Have you corrected this problem yet? With that flow, lighting, and dips wont work because you will still be putting the coral back into an environment in which is not healthy for it.

what is the general condition of it? What doesnt look good on it? Is it bleaching, polyps not opening?

It's all going to depend on how much rock you have, how fast you want it in the tank and how much organics are on the rock. If its not much rock you can always rinse it with RO water and put it in your tank and let it cure that way but you risk raising nitrates and PO4. If its a lot of rock...
