I've had the same luck

So I did a water change and my Apex is telling me that my alk dropped from 9 to 7.41dkh. My mag dropped from 1200 to 1035 ppm. I used IO. How fuc*ed am I? And what should I do to fix the issue?

These are the only ones I have that show up. I clicked on the "level" one and the alarm is set to never. There's no LLS. (I'm sorry I'm still new to this whole Apex thing and it hasn't been super easy)

Yesterday. I got it sunday

So the apex itself is making a high pitched buzzing sound now and idk what to do. I tried to unplug it but the light stays on and the buzzing continues. Idk how to fix it
