The sunken ship is getting green algae. If I get an urchin will it away the paint/plastic on boat? Should I try Vibrant instead NoPoX? Get rid of the sunken ship?

I can hold items for a short period. See pics. Hose, power heads, venture adapter, I 30 inch power compact lights, only one side of blue works. Two little fish reactor holders, two T5 tank light brackets. Large Jeabo pump works, just have to manually kick start after feed mode ends.
