I was considering purchasing a sump for my 55gal but the inside stand measurements is about 10" front to back. I haven't found anything this narrow searching on-line. Would a refugium be an alternative? I was looikng at the "PRO 18 Hang On Refugium". I want to can my canister on the marine tank...

Just glued the Kenya trees and so far so good. Also, glued a small mat of start polyps to stay in place. All clral was fixed to small pieces of broken bleached coral rubble I had lying around.

I have several small pieces of coral that just keep flying around the tank. Only one hobby store by me that I am aware of they don't have "cyanoacrylate glue". I even tried Micheals with no luck. Is there anything else I can use? Also, would work for a mushroom about the size of a half dollar...
Thanks. But wouldn't I need more live rock to have an effecient biologocal filter? If I did do this how often would I need to replace the carbon and phosphate absorbing media? I have heard that phosphate absorbing media only works for a vey brief time, less than a month.

Does anyone know how I can cut some live rock? I have a few pieces with some polyps on them and thought about cutting the rock into smaller pieces. So I could move them up near the light or sell or trade. I thought a hack saw might be best.
