Dude thats gonna b a bundle. You dont like/cant use wood/stockade fence? You could prob get all the material for around 1200 and do it yourself in a few days, or over a weekend. Its a east diy, considering chain link will prob b atleast 3-4g

PE depends on the light, flow, and the coral itself. I had 2 red planet that looked totally different cause one was placed in high light and one in low light. the high light one had better pe and was almost all red. Lower light one was more green around bottom and not to crazy with the pe. Maybe...

U can keep them all together. Just make sure they have enough room around them that they wont grow into each other or sting each other. I have a leather on bottom and most sps on upper half
