If u want a reef with a angel a queen would b near the bottom of the list for reef safe. A 90 is too small for a queen anyway though, for that size stick to the dwarf's.... flame, coral beauty, potters, etc

Even if u took live rock from someone elses system and added sand and water in a tank at your house, you'd still have some kind of cycle. Might b on a smaller scale, but still gonna b a period when params spike. Just wait out the cycle
