Actually just remembered the black one is a little easier to use imo. Just a little simpler. The green has all kinda dawn dusk time settings, area, and time zone settings, i think sometimes less is more:)

Has anyone had both of these on their tanks? Im getting great growth from my 10 k, but id like a little more blue. I have 2- 6' actinics already and would add 2 more if i could fit them but i cant. How is the growth with the 12k compared to the 10?

You would be ok with a bicolor their nice. A midas should be ok . You have a 6' tank so you should be ok, thats a lot of room for them
