Whenever i see a wreckless driver they always seem to have a NY tag. The other idiots that never seem to know where they're going and slow you down have PA tags. I also hate people in general too 8)

I'm saying that because you'd prob be better off making the stand out of block the and putting whatever kind of finish on it you like... Tile, stone, plaster, stucco. Would be easy all you have to do is stack the block how you want. Or you could just make a wood stand and get stone, granite...
