Get the reef octopus or avast skimmate turn offs/top offs and then you don't have to worry about overflows.

+1 to above. They will eat aptasia but generlly if there is no other food and the aptasia are small. Every now and again a rogue peppermint might pick on some LPS but that is very few an far between.
