If you don't have one you might want to look into an auto top off unit (ATO). With all those fans running, you may have a lot more evaporation then you are used too. You can go manually and check salinity daily, or get the ATO and have it done for you.

What I did for a screen to keep my blue spot and mystery wrasse from jumping was start with eggcrate. You can cut it to the top of your tank to make a frame. We then used acrylic screening to make the netting and now are fish stay in the tank and off the carpet.

It seems the bigger clowns (maroons and clarkiis) are prone to do this. I have false percs and true percs and they have never done it.

I had the same thing happen with a flameback angel. We just overfed and used a lot of garlic and selcon and eventually it went away. Very much a pain, good luck.
