Eric, as I said flooding a house sucks and stressful but I get him 100%. But if needs to rebuild his house he has to part out, recoup what he can and move on. Or drop the price significantly. A Dr. office will not take a system that large.

I am of the mind set if its living and doing well leave it be. I moved a large Duncan coral and a month later all heads dead, even after I put it back where it was. :(
