Reverse lighting if you have a refugium with macro algae so the light cycle is reversed it will help stabilize your PH. Plants use CO2 raising your PH basically. PS the tank is looking very nice.

Looking at your setup a quick remark now that hopefully you can fix before the fish go back in. I see you have glass tops, the problem with this in SW tanks is the lack of gas exchange. It would be a lot better to cover the whole tank with a fine mesh top, that A) will allow O2, CO2 to move...
