I would watch using plastic netting,they contain petroleum byproducts that with the evaporation from the could allow this to drop into your system. Regular fibreglass window screen will work,or you can buy stainless mesh that won't corrode.

I would skip the chromis and add more anthius nyaquatic has a sale on schools of 5. I woud stick to pygmy angels over dwarfs, and maybe a scribble angel (mine does not bother anything nor does the emperor I got from tripsie) You have to look at your tank go with what looks good to you.
