Can anyone let me know that has had eels in the past if eurobracing around a tank would be enough to keep an eel in it? I had a snowflake eel back in college and have always wanted another one. I love rimless tanks and don't want to have a screen or glass cover. Once I move and get settled...
Once I get a new house I definitely want to go with a peninsula set up. Now that you've had yours for a bit, how's the dimensions/size? Would you go bigger (longer/wider/higher)? Looks great
Thanks
Had a couple of pending that didn't go through so everything is still available. I'll let all the livestock go together for $50. -Preference will be given to anyone interested that has a larger tank for the YT.
I'll leave this up one more week before I go to craigslist. Thanks.

I've got my 25g cube set up just for corals, so no fish. I haven't done a water change...
Check this thread out from RC. Some have made a shadow box behind the rear glass to get that desired effect

I hate testing. I tested for awhile for the basics; ammonia/nitrate/nitrite but always got zero after the initial couple of months. Now I'm seeing how long I can go without a water change on a new tank adventure - although I'm not trying any advanced corals.

Finally got around to ordering a little underwater light for the fuge compartment in back, got some chaeto in there with the ecosystem sand. Working on a little black acrylic cover now to slide over the back glass to prevent the light spill.

That would be awesome for an eel!! If that could be replicated in a larger aquarium that would look so cool having an eel head popping out of there.
