Angel ID question

Does anyone recognize this. Looks a little like a majestic juvi but this has a yellow tail and from what I found they have opaque tails.

It does not have the swirled patterns of like a koran or an emporer, but stripes. Now the yellow tail is a bit off but is looks like a juvenile blue face:

Yep. Like a true addict, I want it. Guys only looking for $30 - it is missing an eye but can see fine. If I had the space I'd definitely take it in....
