Aquacontroller 3 Pro?

Does anyone have an Aquacontroller 3 Pro and know how to use it?

We have one for the club/NJAAS Reef tank, but it currently isn't doing anything except displaying:

Aqua Boot Monitor
Memory Test - Pass


If anyone has any ideas on how to get it working again, your help would be appreciated!! :)

Sharon, I printed out a user's manual for it. That might help us figure some of it out tomorrow anyway.

I also downloaded the newest version of the firmware and emailed it to myself. If you have a laptop in your classroom, we can do that also.

I did try opening the AC3 firmware update software, but it wouldn't open on my laptop. When I called tech support they said it needed to be opened on a Vista or XP computer. My laptop is Vista, so I'm not sure what the issue is. The tech said that if the update doesn't fix it, we'd have to upgrade to the APEX system, which is apparently compatible with the AC3 stuff. We can give it a shot on Friday.
