ok guys..its is now finally time to create my very first tank build thread!! this one will be from start to finish!! took me over 6 hours to build the stand, and about 1 hour leveling it!! plumbing was simply plug and play, which red sea made sure was super easy. I was going to do a behind the wall sump, but due to my sneaker collection and wife's shoes..I can't risk anymore moisture in the other room hahaha!! here's some pics of me being DeLtheBuilder. enjoy!!

p.s.
excuse my wife in the background, she's working from home hahaha. I took over her work area and moved her to the other side. don't worry, she was fine with it. :)

tank fill time !!!!!!! I'm just gonna do a leak test and then mix the salt right in the tank since there's no sand or rock yet. my return pump will be the Neptune Cor 20. and skimmer is the Red Sea RSK900

I'll probably mix like 3 bags of salt in a brute and then dump it in the tank, instead of trying to mix the salt in the tank itself. its probably gonna take another day to fill this bad boy up hahaha

quick update. pump installed and shes flowing freely !! I went with the Neptune Cor20, no reason, I just liked it hahahahaha!! tested it for a few on and off sessions, but I still have to finish filling up the sump. I'm taking my time and testing EVERYTHING, to make sure all goes as planned. ill begin aquascaping on Thursday night and into Friday.

round 1 of aquascaping done. I used Paleo Bond with an accelerator first. now its time to let it dry overnight and then use Marco reef cement to really make sure it doesn't move !! I think I'm high off the glue fumes !! hahahaha
