What device are you using to log on with? I was pulling my hair out trying to connect my X1 Pro T using my iPhone. I think I read that other people were having the same problem and saw a suggestion to try and connect with another device. I used my iPad and it worked. I can't tell you why the one worked and the other didn't. You may have already attempted this but in case you didn't might be worth a try.

One thing I learned is you cannot devices at 5g has to be 2.5g.
