What device are you using to log on with? I was pulling my hair out trying to connect my X1 Pro T using my iPhone. I think I read that other people were having the same problem and saw a suggestion to try and connect with another device. I used my iPad and it worked. I can't tell you why the one worked and the other didn't. You may have already attempted this but in case you didn't might be worth a try.

I ended up paying $120 for two brand new never used ones. It's worth it because I already have one X. It's been great for the 3+ years it's been running. I've been hearing not so great things about the F1 on the Wi-Fi so I rather just stick with the Bluetooth x1s.
