I always used the rio water pumps,nothing for them to get stuck too. Only down side its a straight stream,but theres really nothing they.can get stuck to

I gotcha but I’m really happy with my setup and my tank is looking great lately, finally getting mature and coming into it’s own and I don’t wanna mess around with it. If it’s working than leave it alone. Just got to fix the problem with fan and all is well. I’m my tanks wort enemy so far
