We bought a place in FL and will close this month. We went into contract back in April. Seller is building a house in Fort Myers and there were issues with getting supplies.

Thats a ways from me, im about 4hrs from Ft Meyers

Few more years and I think NJ Taxes will have us moving out as well.

As a 25 year old, it has been a NIGHTMARE even trying to find an apartment that's not in a dangerous zone for anything less than 2k.

We are not moving out of NJ for 5 years. We want my youngest to graduate from High school first.

I'm looking for a small place 2 or 3 hrs from NJ. Wife wants to stay close to her kids. I'm thinking somewhere in PA, will see. I have to wait about 2yrs before I can start looking. So will have 2 places for a bit us our goal.
