I'm still debating whether or not I'm going to go. Going to have to wait until a little closer to the date to know for sure.

Tossing it around. Just not sure if I want to deal with Manhattan. Normally if I go into the city its by train. that just isn't going to work in this case. Most likely a game time decision for me. If I wake up bored I'll go. Not sure they are going to sell out like in the past.

I wish nj refers did another swap. Admission price was perfect and number of vendors was good enough. Last one I went to was in Edison

Something makes me think we have seen the end of the NJRC swap with RAP becoming a yearly thing in the area.

As long as have a team of people to help run the swap I don't see why we would not have our swap again. This year not having our swap had to do with MACNA being in DC and Rap. Next year MACNA is in Cali. So that will not be an issue.

I do hope you are right

Though, and I have mentioned this before I really think NJRC and MR should find a way to combine their swaps into one mega swap. I see no reason not to involve DVRC as well since the majority of that group is located quite local as well. The amount of reefers in this area of the states is huge. If an swap event consisting of roughly 50/50 mix of hobbyists and large vendors in Northeast CT can draw upwards of 1000 paid attendees in one day there is no reason we can't do the same here.

I doubt NJRC will ever share an event with MR. We are a non-profit and they are a for profit business. That alone means we can't mesh.

Besides that, they are control freaks and charge too much for vendors IMO.

Hence the phrase I used "find a way"
