My radiant wrasse has Popeye!!!

Alright so my radiant had been hiding for about a week. And then when I saw him this morning I noticed it had Popeye. So I removed it and put it in my sump. I don't have a quarantine tank. What can I do? Or can anyone with a qt take it in?
