Absolutely beautiful. You are doing this with just 3 Ai Primes? What schedule are you running and at what Percentage. This is one of the reasons I haven’t started up my 120 I didn’t think the 3 primes would be enough. You give me hope.

Erick, sounds mean, but pick yourself up a chocholate chip star and chop off a piece of a leg and place it near the shrimps cave area. I keep them in my sump area, AWAY from any pumps.
Then when you think thats gone, chop another, and another. and another. I only take off about an inch. SO still looks like a star, Then I give it away to someone looking for one.

IF you picked it up to eat your asterina stars, when you see them high on the glass or near powerheads etc or even opposite side of the tank, just try and catch them at night and keep placing them near the shrimps den area. As the little stars deplenish you WILL need to suplement.

Guy guys guys!! I did a thing. Picked up a fat purple tang from a local member.E84E480A-1C09-485B-BCDF-498E8732B045.jpegof course had to rep the fourm when picking up.
She was introduced at night and left wit he plenty of nori/red seaweed for picky eaters. But I’m happy to say she is doing amazing 59386365-F6EE-4546-B608-726E04B98715.jpegC0CA207C-F980-4CD3-955A-265BD50B5959.jpeg354A119D-9BD2-49AC-BD42-E4380A28AF23.jpeg
Also as you can see the yellow tang is curious about her thankful no fighting I believe it’s because the purple tang is much larger but that’s my guess

So I inherited a damaged acantho and I’m in love with it. my mission is to bring it back. After doing lots of extensive research and speaking with multiple reefers. I’ve been told that it’s extremely likely that it will survive as long as I keep up with feeding and proper water quality which is something I strive for though it’s not always accomplished but I am getting better B21061B8-6C5B-4AD4-BB52-DF7DB40F0E5D.jpeg6A25096B-627B-44E7-AEA2-2FF9D70DE549.jpeg

Other than that I think has been doing pretty well
Also I added this coral I never heard of before Australiamusaa it’s a mix of a plate and an acan kinda it’s so awesome looking sorry I’m geeking out I love discovering a coral I have never seen 52634438-7AA3-41A2-9242-59EB419897F0.jpeg

Quick update all is doing well. I did recently change my salt in my display from instant ocean to elos reef salt. It’s been a month and I must say I’m liking thr results. The salt is lab tested and dissolves quickly which is definitely an added benefit. Here are some of my corals. Happy reefing can’t wait to see some of your next month at Rap E296D487-A99E-4408-AAC9-696E621D858F.jpegCA4350E9-6883-4A64-89C9-123B2A646272.jpegC430EDF1-5F99-4764-A157-642007B0DB42.jpeg6024F638-698C-4EA4-B686-DEF69C7472BC.jpegC8E46492-C502-4A84-A193-87BBB0D8599E.jpeg

Quick update it was amazing seeing you all at Rap everyone who knew I was and everyone who didn’t know who it was. I was able to update my lights after the show. 735A9E85-3AA1-4384-BF56-ECF508A8BFB7.jpeg
She’s now running to 2 Xr 30 pro and 1 Xr 15
I think it’s gonna take me about a month to acclimate them because the intensity but these put out is way more than my three little AI primes.
also as you can see I updated the back wall with all the Reef art I’ve purchased over the past couple shows
