Overflow rate question

As I plan out my upgrade I was wondering how do I know the the overflow rate of the built-in overflows of the 120g tank? I have a Mag9 pump and not sure if it is strong enough.

If they are the mega flow type overflow chambers, I'm pushing about 700gph in each with 2 Mag 9's, one for each overflow, with no problem.

Jim, Thanks for the info. I was hoping to get by with one pump. In this pic you can see part of one overflow on the left side.
