Mines never done anything like that. Can you post a pic or a quick video of it?

Did you recently feed it anything?

Is your heater in tank,do you have power heads in the tank?
unplug them and check where the enter the equiptment, that kinda looks like my old tank that had a tunze pump that the wire seal shrunk on and allowed way too much stray voltage into the tank as the pump got flooded with water

I've checked all that... Dont see anything electrical... Made a 5 gallon water change and ran carbon overnight and everything appears normal this morning.... My parameters are still great? Should i see i spike in anything if the anemone is going toxic?

The anemone looks fine in the photo. If it was dieing they tend to deflate and the mouths open up and they start to melt. It looks like a spawning event. Just keep doing water changes and running carbon for a few days. If anything bad was going to happen it would have happened already.

Are you running moonlights? Running a lunar cycle with moonlights may cause corals to mass spawn which is not good in a closed system like an aquarium.

I had snails spawning at one point that milked out my 30g. Large water changes and carbon saved the tank.

Sorry, forgot about checking back on this thread. Looks like everything is ok now. I agree that it was likely just a spawning event (probably snails).
