Unusual Coral Reef Thrives in Acidic Waters

My first thought was that "nature will find a way to adapt and survive". After reading the whole article to find that the acidity levels there have been that way for a long time as opposed to other areas where the acidity raises quickly (due to human interaction)... I believe it even more.

Since that reef was exposed to those high levels for so long, those corals had time to change and learn to live in that harsh environment. Gives me hope for the rest of the reefs!

Corals can adapt to just about any conditions, if given enough time moist corals can go where ever. It's amazing to think about.
