Hello to everyone. I've been into reef tanks since i was in college which was many years ago. Currently have a 170 mixed reef. Its been up and running for a few years now with all the fun pests hopefully all in the past!
My wifes family is from the Caribbean so we have been snorkeling those reefs for the last 30years. This hobby makes me feel just like my first dives! Sad to see the condition that most of our reefs are in, but I love the fact that our community is helping to preserve these creatures.
The reason im joining is we are planning to downsize, hopefully in spring. If all goes well we hope to be in FLA in the next few years full time. Im not able to have a tank this large in any apartment we will rent and im not gonna have a home in FLA for at least a year. Dont know if anyone in the group has gone through this and has advice.
