What's Going on???

It seems something dug my sand and buried my small plate coral which is not doing well now. I don't have shrimp or and sand sifting fish. Any thoughts what it could be?

No, the rock is from my prior tank so new rock was not introduced to this setup. All i can assume is my large hermit crab or serpent starfish.

Was thinking the same but nit sure what. I ordered a turbo snail, checkered snails and small snails.

Yes, a few but never seen them do that before.

How about flow? Any changes or rock work moves that create a settle point near there? I had that going on when I was trying to get current where I wanted. I had random flow on that got too strong. Bottom glass exposed in some areas and big sand mounds in others.

No, powerheads in the same position for months.

Have 1 big clown no damsel. Clown has never dug before.

I noticed a plum of debris today and the culprit was my large Clown fish. I have to assume that's who is doing all this digging.

I always said Clown fish are aholes. Not only did it dig up sand it knocked over to digitas and a leather. I glued the leather elsewhere but it did not like where I put the digitas. I would glue them in place walk away and the jerk kept knocking them over. One stayed but not the other I placed it on top of another rock with no glue and deal with it tomorrow. If this keeps up another Clown out of my tank and never again. Only have it because Jackie likes them; I do not.
