Where to place a single head Duncan in a 90g?

Thanks Jim!! He's really healthy and robust. He has withdrawn since I brought him home. I have him about 3/4 of the way down the tank and realatively close to some movement. Do you have any?

See if you can place him where your food flows when feeding. If it's in a spot where it can grab food on it's own it will
Keep you from having to direct feed it. They do like to be feed daily but not that large pieces of food. They will consume just about any size food but some think to large of a piece may rot some before digesting .

I keep mine on the sand and in good flow.Daily feedings will help it grow like a weed

I also keep mine on the sand bed and direct feed mysis once a week and a 3 head frag has turned into 30+ in 6 months

Have had in the past, but not now. I kept it close to the bottom, with a moderate amount of flow.

I got mine in in the bottom of the tank in a very high flow area during the day and quiet overnight. I got it 2 years ago with 2 heads and its now over 40.
