Yes. i have used Lace rock in our 55gal. Then in our 220g. and now i do have some nice show pieces in our 120 when we broke down the other two tanks. also have a decent amount of small pieces in my sump. never any issues other than it's a little on the heavy side

yea it is a monster i used it for my 220 that was loaded down and it pulled nasty stuff. it will fit in a 75gal tank no issues.

the GE 6500k should bring some great growth. i have a 6000k aquaticlife and the growth on some of my SPS is outstanding. my actinic bulbs keep the slight yellow tint to a minimum
