got some interesting shots tonight with the lights out. the sexy shrimp are out and climbing on everything and the Coral Banded shrimp has quite the Egg mass under it. Im getting p'd at the computer not being able to zoom in and save the picture, so if anyone wants the high res shot of the CBS...
i think it's this Red Grape Algae(Botryocladia sp.)got it as a freebie for the sexy shrimp to hang on to. thinking about ripping all the Feather Caluerpa out and growing this .. suppose to be kinda rare within the trade...
well after buying a new cooler to bring our desert up and making it about 30ish miles in an 1 hour 30 mins we decided to head back and turned towards Aquarium Center which ended up being 10mins away and picked up some new inhabitants and a have to go back for some other stuff this week

Sorry eberyone we ended up turning back it took us 1:45 just to get throguh glassboro which is very close to us due to traffic and contruction, still had an hour + left to get to the meeting.. We just hit aquarium center a few mins ago now headed home.
my brother had the Red variety and the henochious and hippos ate it all. now the few pieces i did have i plucked off or popped and havent seen any but those darn majanoes are a different story!
It's curing "global Warming" Volcanic ash will block great a great vastness blocking the sun from hitting the ground/water which reduces the heat by not absorbing it. the biggest problem in cities is all the metal/concrete get's hot during the day and stays hot for long periods of time.
i say just get all the dead stuff out that you can and put the rock/sand back in.. then refill with water and let it cycle. After a week or so when the levels come down toss in a hermit or two and a few snails . that will help clean up any leftovers and eat some of the algae outbreak thats bound...
i've decided to buy a Lifereef Compactrefugium (dunno the exact date when yet). it will fit inside the stand nicley and everything will be in one spot including the skimmer. I'll use less Electricity then I do now, less surface area for evaporation and my tools in the basement wont Rust...
