just wondering if its even legal to buy or sell inverts or fish that are native to nj.i know with freshwater fish or reptiles and amphibians its highly illegal and carries a HUGE fine no matter what kind of critter it is
from what i am told ( and im no llama with dosing) when you alk goes up calcium goes down.. and vice versa. mine stays the same so i9 really couldnt tell ya for sure though
cool pics. we saw alot of the same corals there. i know the giant ones you say you can hide in.. they are huge! coolest place to dive so far that i have been was grand cayman and cayman blanc
man... that is so cool! i remember being young and looking in the surf at island beach state park with my goggles on, and seeing a bunch of tropicals (dont really remember what kind).. also last year while fishing the jetty at barnegat me and my wife saw a few small tropicals around the rocks...
dude.. thats the coolest plate coral ever! like a pit bull.. i have never heard of anything like that! interested to see if anyone else has... i do know that if something lands on a plate, they will pass it to their mouth
My percula (sampson) and his new woman are starting to host my green star polyps... really looks cool! all the sudden they just started chillin in there. will try and get pics
exactly. when your water evaporates it is pretty much just water ( no salt or minerals) they are heavier than air so donot evaporate. you should be topping off w/ 100% fresh r.o water, and doing your waterchanges with saltwater
anyone use this stuff? i have heard from a few reefers that it cleans the tank up good. wondering about how much to use..all it says on the bottle is that 250ml treats 250 gallons. does that mean that i should bag up 24 ml for my 24 gallon tank? seems like very little.
