I ordered from there I while back before they switched owners (now owned by gateway aquatics) and I wasn't impressed. The zoas I got didn't look like the photos and a couple zoas that were glued to the plug were lost because they came off the glue. They weren't encrusted on the plug.

No. Mogul are Single Ended. HQI are double ended.

Double ended with Magnetic Ballests are supposed to be really good. I've never used SE. They are less expensive and you don't have to use a UV shield/glass cover. I think it's personal opinion. I like 250w HQI w/ magnetic ballasts, which I hear is equal to having a 400w single ended bulb.
