Good point, and if you don't have a smoke detector in the basement get one. I had a outlet burn. Luckily I heard my tank start making weird noises because of the loss of power to the pump. I went out and got one the next day. Glad everyone is safe

Yeah, nice guy good prices but he's kind of laid back when it comes to business. So it's best to check with him before you make a long trip. But everything I have ever gotten there has done well and he is a conscientious seller.
