I would be open to trades for certain zoanthids, rainbow acans, a nice looking wellso, or a nice size elegance coral. I'm looking for blue hornets, blue agave, CAR's, my clementines, everlasting gobstoppers and god of war for the zoas.
I got it new from ocean gallery in february of 2011. It was used until november 2011 and has been sitting around since. Perfect working condition. Comes with a used 14000k bulb installed. Asking $100 for it. Pictures were taken last week. I'm located in Edison.
Just signed it. I will post it to my facebook as well. I really cant stand shark finning and shark fin soup. Did a lot of research on it this year for a paper i wrote.
I had a timer malfunction with my doser for 2 part 2 weeks ago and have been dosing by hand since. Its getting annoying and im considering switching to a calcium reactor. I read some articles on reactors but still have a few questions. Does it cover both calcium and alk? I also wanted to know...
My friend who previously had a 10 gallon nano would like to get back into the hobby. He wants to set something up in between 4-8 gallons. What are the options for filtration and lighting? He wants to keep everything under 100 if possible.
I havent posted here for a while. But the corals are all growing nicely and everything is good. so far my fish stock is: 1 B+W ocellaris, 1 lyretail anthias, and my new addition, a christmas wrasse.
Im fairly new at using my Acjr and dont know how to set up my dosers. I dont know if the symbols that you input matter.Could i just do the symbol for light and tell it to go on for 10 minutes per day?
If the rabbit fish has a distinct area it goes to at night then you could just try and fish for it then. When I did it for my fish I just fed the other fish pellets on one side of the tank and then put the bait in on the hook near my dotty back.
The quickest thing for me was using size 24 fly fishing hooks and a little piece of shrimp. You just have to crush down the barb so the fish comes off without any harm. I even have some extra hooks if you'd need them.
Yea. It took me ordering size 24 fly hooks in order to catch him. The hook was thinner than the line I used. I put a piece of shrimp on the hook and in 10 seconds he bit it and was in the sump.
As title says, free to a good home. This dottyback is pretty aggressive so its not a good choice for a tank with timid fish, he will certainly pick on others. A frag would be welcomed but not needed. Pm for pickup
