Im going to probably cut them in half. But im still curious how long they can be out before they go bad. Ive feed food that i left out for several hours and noticed that my fish had little interest in it. Just curious.

So i usually feed frozen mysis/brine, now i like to feed at least twice a day, but going through 2-4 cubes a day is starting to add up. If i were to do a feeding how long could i let the remainder of the defrosted cubes sit in a cup of tank water? Obviously not trying to go more than a couple...

Free firefish (red), eats and is healthy, only issue with him is hes a big chicken. As in he literally will hide whenever i walk past the tank and sometimes wont come out for food. It was in my 10 gal that was just holding my stock but now that i have my 29 up and running i need to take it down...

Thanks Paul, I ended up going out and buying a inline tds meter. Figured i should just get one anyway. Good news is my water has no tds so hopefully the membranes are ok.

So, somehow the hot water managed to get turned on while i was making RODI. Someone in my house must have just accidentally put it on while it was all plugged in and didn't know. Well i checked the temp after and its around 105 degrees.... Are my membranes fried? or should they be ok? I probably...

Jon, i know you have more of those candy canes in smaller colonies, would you part with any of those? Or frag the large one? Just not sure if that one might be too large for me. If not its cool!

Anyone know much about this light? Bout to pull the trigger on a used one for $75 and shipping. Was thinking about chopping it and doing a hybrid t5 led. Just havent really seen them so dont know the quality.
